Equipment for your next idea.

Choose your equipment and dates. For rentals with confirmed prices, sign online or choose signing at pickup, then pay securely after an automatic availability check. Staff completes equipment condition and asset details at pickup. Special requests normally receive a response within one hour. Existing daily rental rates apply.

One rental fee. One refundable deposit. Pay the rental fee plus 50% of the stated equipment value at secure checkout. Rentals needing a price, insurance, or eligibility check require staff verification first. Staff inspects returned equipment before approving your deposit refund. No separate safety deposit.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full rental-fee refund. Cancel less than 48 hours before pickup for a 50% rental-fee refund. No rental-fee refund applies to a no-show or after the rental starts. The deposit is separate: if no equipment was collected, it is fully refundable; otherwise it is settled after return and inspection under the signed agreement. If YDC cancels because equipment is unavailable, the rental fee and deposit are refunded in full. Refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time varies. One reschedule has no rescheduling fee, subject to availability and staff confirmation before pickup. Changes to equipment, rental duration, or rates may change the rental price. A request does not confirm new dates. Cancellation timing uses the time your cancellation request is received.

Rentals needing a price, insurance, membership/student, or included-grip check go to staff first; we normally respond within one hour. Watch for your email and check spam if needed.
